Latest Information
New Case Investigation Process

Montana is moving away from universal case investigations. A text message with a survey link will be sent to Beaverhead County residents who test positive for COVID-19. The survey is HIPAA compliant and takes around two minutes to complete. The survey is designed to gather information on when symptoms started, type of symptoms, possible exposures in vulnerable populations (schools, daycares, and assisted living facilities).

The phone number for the text message is (406) 221-5997 and it says:Hi, this is Beaverhead County Public Health. Please click on the link below and complete the COVID-19 survey. If you have questions or need assistance, please call 406-683-4771.

Your privacy is important, and any information submitted through this survey is protected under HIPAA.
