Mission
The Beaverhead County Public Health Department is committed to strengthening our community by assessing community needs, promoting physical and mental health, preventing disease, and preparedness planning through community collaboration.
Public Meetings
The Beaverhead City County Board of Health meetings, which include discussion from both the Public Health Department and the Environmental Health Department are open to the general public and are conducted on a quarterly basis in the month’s of January, April, July & October. Contact the Beaverhead County Courthouse or look in local publications for quarterly meeting announcements which will include the date, time and location.

- Beaverhead County WIC (Women Infant Child Supplemental Nutrition Program)
- Thursdays: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- WIC Income Eligibility Guidelines
- Sheridan WIC (Madison County)
- Every 3rd Monday in Sheridan at the Ruby Valley Hospital (Subject to change)
